FD|A was asked to complete a concept study looking at an existing 3 car garage. The client desired a roof deck, requiring our team remove the existing roof condition. It also required our team to think outside the box, yet within the traditional Tudor architectural language. The result combined both old and new, creating a playful space for the client to host friends, family, or to simply relax throughout the summer.
